Tiffany is a licensed associate professional counselor (LAPC) working towards her full license (LPC - licensed professional counselor) in Pennsylvania. This process is similar to a doctor’s residency period - Tiffany has completed all of her education and training, but is practicing under the supervision of an LPC until she has gained enough hours for her full license.

Who Am I?
Hello! I’m Tiffany Davison (she/her/hers). I am a cisgender, heterosexual, Caucasian woman. I have experience supporting middle schoolers, teenagers, and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and behavior challenges. I’ve also worked closely with adults navigating addiction recovery.
I love working with:
anyone who just can’t seem to stop worrying
middle schoolers and teens who are having trouble at school
people who feel lost and unsure of themselves
young adults adjusting to the change from high school to college or the workforce
anyone who has had a recent change in their lives (new baby/sibling, divorce, loss, job change, etc.) and are having trouble coping
adults who are recovering from addiction and trying to figure out their new normal
How I Help
I hope to create a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment. I believe in allowing you to guide the pace and direction of your journey while walking beside you every step of the way. My approach combines support, validation, and encouragement with thoughtful challenges to help you grow. My goal is to help you build the skills to face life’s challenges while tailoring my approach to meet your individual needs.
What it’s like in a session with me
In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard and accepted as you are. We will create a space that is comfortable for you to explore yourself and grow. I believe that therapy should be like a journey; you are in control of the paths that you choose, but you are not alone. I will walk beside you, helping you learn the skills to navigate the storms, find your way when lost, and explore paths that may not seem obvious. Ultimately, therapy should embody what you would like to get from it. The space that we create can be to untangle your thoughts and feelings, to explore patterns in behaviors, or learn skills like anger management, communication, boundary setting, healthy coping, and more. It is important that you feel safe, in control, and supported in your progress.
I like to think of the therapeutic process like cultivating a garden. Occasionally, this means weeding out habits that do not serve you. It means planting and nourishing the parts of you that you want to grow and improve in. It also means having patience and resilience when setbacks happen. I am excited to walk your journey with you and help you cultivate your wellness. The journey begins when you take the first step.
More about me
When I'm not working, I'm usually cuddling with my two cats, binging TV shows with my boyfriend, or attempting to keep my infinitely growing collection of plants alive. I love getting lost in a book, or Stardew Valley where I live out my dream of being a farmer. I also enjoy spending time in nature and laughing with my family.
"What matters is not the meaning of life in general, but the specific meaning of a person’s life at a given moment.”
